WiFi Troubleshooting

Follow these steps if your internet did not activate after payment.

Confirm M-Pesa Payment

Check your M-Pesa SMS for a transaction confirmation code. If you have no SMS, the payment may not have gone through. Try paying again.

Disconnect and Reconnect to WiFi

Go to your phone WiFi settings, forget the SunCore_FastWiFi network, then reconnect. This refreshes your session and often resolves the issue immediately.

Clear Your Browser Cache

Open your browser settings, clear cache and cookies, then try visiting any website. The hotspot page should reload and activate your session.

Wait Up to 2 Minutes

Session activation sometimes takes up to 2 minutes after payment confirmation. Be patient, then try browsing again before taking further steps.

Restart Your Device

If none of the above work, turn your phone or laptop off and on again, then reconnect to SunCore_FastWiFi. This clears any network state issues.
