1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to and using SunCore Networks WiFi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please disconnect immediately.

2. Service Description

SunCore Networks provides wireless internet access in Kilifi and surrounding areas. Access is granted upon successful payment or free trial activation.

• Free Trial: 15 minutes at a capped speed of 10 Mbps, no payment required.
• Paid Packages: 1 Hour (KES 10), 1 Day (KES 50), 7 Days (KES 200), 1 Month (KES 500).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use this service for lawful purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Downloading or sharing illegal or pirated content
• Hacking, phishing, or any unauthorized access to systems
• Sending spam, malware, or engaging in malicious activity
• Excessive bandwidth usage that degrades service for others
• Reselling or redistributing your session without written authorization

4. Payment Policy

All payments are processed via M-Pesa. By initiating payment, you authorize SunCore Networks to charge the stated amount to your account.

• All payments are non-refundable once a session is activated.
• If you paid but received no internet, contact us within 24 hours with your M-Pesa code and we will manually activate your session.
• SunCore Networks is not responsible for failed payments caused by insufficient balance or Safaricom network errors.

5. Session Policy

• Each subscription is tied to a single device.
• Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
• Unused time cannot be carried forward to a new session.
• Sessions violating these terms may be terminated without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control. SunCore Networks is not liable for losses from service interruptions.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: phone number, device identifier, and session data. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

SunCore Networks is not responsible for data loss, security breaches, or damages arising from use of our WiFi. Use of this service is at your own risk. We recommend using HTTPS websites and a VPN for sensitive activity.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
